My husband Markus and I (Stephanie) have lived here on Dunn St for 18 years. We moved here to work at IU and love being near the athletics complex. We walk to football, men's and women's basketball, baseball, softball, and soccer.
2025 was a storybook season for IU football, and it's been a blast having the fans at our doorstep. We can't wait to watch Coach Cig and the team again this year.
We're glad to share our yard for some low-key tailgating - but read the House Rules to help us keep everyone safe and happy. You will be required to agree to the rules on the payments page when booking.

No problem if your plans change. Refunds can be accomodated up to 48 hours before game time, BUT note that the fees from the credit cards cannot be returned. Email us at dunnparking@gmail.com, and we can submit a refund.
